Appointments are preferred however walk-ins will be welcomed if space permits. Please remember to eat, drink and bring your donor ID card or ID with name and photo. Age requirements: -15 or younger not allowed. -16 needs patent consent form. -17 to 75 no additional age requirements. -76 and older need doctor’s approval/note to donate.
